Gourmet restaurant offering a nice wine list to eat good products in Nantes.
The Instinct Gourmand is two pretty sobbly rooms where you appreciate the clarity of the places and the friendliness of Thomas, boss and every day in service. In the kitchen where Sylvain (patron) is involved, it is a seasonal and seasonal cuisine that is privileged even if the Instinct gourmand is intended to be a «bistro without label». At noon, the P 'tite Currency menu is simple and delicate. Let's start with the raviole of squash and lemon. or a chicken chicken effiloche with spawning herbs, the crumbling glow followed by a tab of beef, crushing potatoes to buckwheat, pure beet, then a pocket pear to the wine and its ga appendage to the almond. In the evening, the map goes up in line with, for example, a duo of quail, chestnut purée, grapes cooked in calvados, a confit turbot, puffed celery purée, crunchy fennel, combava or a decline of porcelain, fell from curved cabbage, sweet and to finish an iced soufflé with tea, rice tile, matcha tea ice or a white-white passion, white chocolate tile, fruit tartare from beggar, ice passion.
