Nantes bistro serving succulent homemade burgers.

B is for bistro and for burgers, since they're king on the à la carte menu. The B.eautiful with its Cajun-marinated chicken, the B.elem with its fish tempura, the vegetarian with its homemade chickpea steak... Well-crafted burgers enhanced by home fries, seasonal vegetables or coleslaw. Also on the menu are a number of mixed salads and two main courses, including a fish and chips dish that fulfills its mission superbly. Everything is homemade, and it shows. We love the relaxed atmosphere of this establishment nestled in a blue jewel box. We also like the owner's warm welcome.

Un restaurant de Burger assez classique dans le concept, mais un peu plus original sur la carte. La décoration est sympa et le service quelconque (ni mauvais ni exceptionnel). Le plat est bien servi, plusieurs accompagnements possibles, un conseil goûter les röstis. Le bistrot dispose d'une terrasse sur la rue, intéressant, néanmoins la rue est passante et assez bruyante à cause des bus et voitures... et surtout les pots d'échappements... dommage, mais c'est l'emplacement qui veut ça.

Des burgers qui changent de l'ordinaire avec des pains spéciaux pour certains (encre de seiche). Un service très aimable et qui accepte assez tard, ce qui est un grand avantage.

Un bon bistrot avec une carte de burgers exceptionnels!
Le large choix des différents Burgers est adapté à tous les goûts (même pour végétariens) et ces Burgers changent des Burgers ordinaires.
Les frites "maison" sont également très bons et le service est sympa et efficace.

The atmosphere and decor are very nice! Decent burgers but not madness! The fries are very greasy and the rest of the menu (dessert and entrance) does not have quality. Finally, after a dinner with 16 people and a slate from €33 each (burger + wine + digestive x2), a birthday even to celebrate not a small mercy and liqueurs of offered!
