Address with a view of the Loire from its terrace offering the jar where the chef explains his cooking and a lunch formula
Located on the south shore of the Loire, just across the Victor-Schœlcher Bridge next to the Courthouse, the 1 allows urban residents to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city center without getting away from it. Breakfast or dinner on its terrace, in sunny days, enjoying the view of the Loire and calm is particularly pleasant. Inside, you enter a large, bright and modern room. The kitchen is on the room and you can book the "bowl", where you will be entitled to the chef's explanations, and the stunning view on what is going on in the kitchen. A very cozy TV corner welcomes those who take advantage of the express plateau, a breakfast package that is perfectly suited for business men and women, or for the workers in the neighborhood. Meanwhile, others can taste a variety of tapas ("Cesina" dried beef and scamorza, finger of sardines and bread to seeds, lobster chips at Thai basil…), a back of cod in crust of chorizo, crushed potatoes, a double white pork coast of roasted mountains or a Loire eel seaman in the muscadet, young spinach shoots and small vegetables. Like the dishes, desserts are subtle and tasty like this conversation of roast vanilla vanilla or this strawberry-rhubarb crown from Damien Rio.

Les entrées à partager sont top !
Bonne cuisine, un peu chère quand même pour un bistrot !
Cuisine à la vue dès client, se qui implique une bonne maîtrise et propreté.
