An address with a contemporary decor, opposite the Cité des Congrès in Nantes.
The famous Jean-Yves Guého and Yannick Curty are the owners of the Félix brewery, which has many assets. Its location first of all: facing the city of Congresses, with its feet in the water on the banks of the Saint-Félix canal, in the most absolute calm at the same time as it is in the heart of the city. Then there is the space, whether you are on the huge terrace on sunny days or inside; seduction works. The decoration is contemporary, between very deep grey, taupe and sparkling motif: all in refined elegance. Félix is then an extremely varied menu with a bench of flakes with oysters, langoustines, crabs, crabs and why not a seafood platter. But it is also a knife tartar always prepared before your eyes, fish that make you salivate: lean grilled back, crispy bohemian vegetables and warm balsamic shallot vinaigrette or steamed whiting, Sichuan mango condiment and crisp vegetable wok... Varied and delicious meats. For lunch, the slate of the day can for example offer you a pike quenelle and its lobster medallion or a fillet of whiting in a bread crust and its summer chanterelles. An excellent address for professional meetings or a romantic dinner. Impeccable service and smiling!

A fine menu with quality ingredients. Escale Jules Verne €15, allows you to enjoy simple dishes that got " us; orgasms; culinaires". Without mentioning small appetisers offered during aperitif... A real treat!
The service is good, simple, unfussy. You do not feel not invaded.
A superb brasserie that we much will regret...
Bien située sur le canal, au calme et reposant.
Bon tartare, produits frais et de qualité.
Nous y allons souvent car face à la cité des congrès.
