LE RINCE-COCHON
Brasserie in downtown Nantes offering local gastronomy, meats and a beef burger
Cochon: " drink made of white wine containing lemon and water of Seltz which has the reputation of rinsing a mouth ". The cochon is a few steps away from the Viarme square. A nice, centre-style brasserie in the middle of the cap revisited, the pig is of course present, but not forgetting the red and white tiles all matiné from a contemporary atmosphere. The Cochon is also a table that makes the most of local gastronomy: country bowl, snout, vinaigrette, herring apple salad, black boudin purée, sausage at muscadet, escaloppe of Normandy poultry or beef hamburger to the nantais priest. For sweet, this line of tradition is preserved with white cheese, a floating island, a chocolate foam or profiterolles.

Jolie serveuse
