Nice neo-bistro with a nice terrace offering hot and cold drinks and a menu of salads and cold cuts.
It's at the end of the Haudaudine bridge, not far from the CHU and facing the Loire river that this nice neo-bistro is located, which nicely combines kitsch and trendiness. The Louis Blanc is a large space and a nice terrace which welcomes all day long the amateurs of hot or cold drinks of all kinds and which at lunch time offers a menu of salads and charcuterie boards. The "house specialty" is the gnocchi. The portions are generous. You'll leave feeling full! The atmosphere is warm and you will easily have fun to detail the decoration conceived as a cabinet of curiosities where some objects are worth the detour like the wall of paintings made with crochet! On Saturdays and Sundays (plus public holidays), you can enjoy a gourmet brunch facing the Loire River! A nice address.
