L'INCUBATEUR RESTAURANT
Food-truck offering a 100% homemade dish of the day with fresh and local products
Opened in January 2015, this atypical place is a friendly place. Project launched by Eric, former cook in the fire-fighters in Paris, and realized with the complicity of Jean-Christophe and Nicolas, his associates. Initially, the project was to create a place of conviviality, turned to the mouths of the mouth or all three would enjoy finding themselves, bringing their friends, their families. A needle thread, the place opened to the neighborhood's customers and is now open to all. On weekdays, it is a canteen with a single-day dish, 100% homemade with fresh produce from small local producers or amaps for nearby neighbors. Wednesday is chicken (Ancenis) fries for the pleasure of children but not that. The tirculoos and salty butter are unique! The idea of the incubator? Eat fresh, well and accessible for all. And to the passage "show" that with short circuits you can offer healthy and affordable cuisine for everyone. In addition, a service called «kitchen and you» allows for the rental of three fully equipped kitchens, which are privatized for associations, chef en herbe, private or professional events. Professional side can rent here (or buy) kitchen equipment and accessories and even «rent» a food truck. Theater, concerts, cooking courses, catering service(...) punctuate the place.
