LE CAMBRONNE, BISTROT CHIC
Chic bistro with a modern and cosy decor offering an interesting daily menu at affordable prices.
In a few skirts of the Graslin Theater Marches, the Cambronne displays its claims on its storyteller: A bistro, but a chic bistro. At the helm of this ambitious project, Olivier, owner of the Mas des Oliviers in Saint-Herblain, which he brought to Florent, the former second, to lead the kitchen. On the inside we bet more on the chic side than on the bistro part. The decoration is modern and cozy. From ambition, the Cambronne also displays on his map and on this side the bet is quite successful. Calf tartar to olives and lemon lemon, gravlax salmon, half-baked fatty liver, Iberian pig rating, hamburger du Cambronne, half-baked tuna in herb crab, lodges in low temperature in the main dish and pomp of raspberries, soft chocolate core lawyer and yellow lemon (among others); Here, we dare, we mix, we work and everything, or almost. At noon, the Cambronne offers a very interesting slate of the day, relatively affordable and just as worked as the map. The presentation in the plates is particularly careful and impeccable service.
