You may know the Address, this restaurant located near Aristide Briand Square which also has a second address: The Address «Bis», based just a few steps from Nantes Station, along Loire. This "Address" is a surface of industrial inspiration where metal and waxed concrete blend harmoniously with glass, where the plant has not been forgotten, where the reception is a cardinal value. At the Address, guests rush at lunch time (reservation warmly recommended!). The midday formula in addition to being consistent, offers excellent value for money in the image of this muslin chicken filet and granular apples followed by a pineapple carpaccio with pepper. The address also offers a beautiful offer of burgers and a dish of the day like this sparkling gamlow of red curry gambas. At the map, it's a bistro kitchen that will be served to you: beautiful salads, carpaccios but also egg cocoon, slate of charcuterie, duck-sweet duck sauce, salmon back to unilateral white butter, chocolate foam, chocolate, burnt, lemon lemon verrine. The service is more than charming and rare. The Address regularly offers evenings and can be reserved for professional or private events. Think about it! A good "Address"!
