Discover Louisette, a charming little atypical baroque-style bistro. A brocante spirit enlivens the decor, with its skai benches and large bar. Fresh produce is the order of the day. At lunchtime, you can choose between a dish of the day, a seasonal vegan bowl or a butcher's cut. These include spider pork with tarragon sauce, sautéed veal with pan-fried polenta and roasted vegetables, or a spiced buckwheat and chickpea bowl with fruit and vegetables. This lively spot also offers Sunday brunches and Thursday cocktails. We love the crowd of regulars, the warm welcome and the neighborhood brasserie atmosphere. But also the pleasant terrace overlooking the city on the banks of the Loire.
