Restaurant-wine bar offering inventive and gourmet market cuisine, a special formula
New restaurant, a little hidden where you have to stop: the Semaphore. This restaurant but also a wine bar with a pretty front is welcoming. The enlightened gourmands are invited to enjoy a break and a moment of sharing. Chef Vincent Rattez, assisted by Sylvain au service and Jennifer the sommeliere, delights us with his inventive and gourmet market cuisine. He is a pastry chef by training, and we illuminate our taste buds from the starter (beef tartar, burrato, velvety) through the main course (entrecote au beurre maître d' hôtel, duos de raviolis) to the dessert (lemon cake, chocolate tart). Monday: a special formula, from Tuesday to Friday: the fresh taste of invention, Friday: always a specialty. Thursdays and Friday evenings: meetings around a beautiful wine list.
