In the historic Bouffay district, the chef invites us to discover his Basque and Iberian specialties. This superb restaurant has reinvested the walls of a half-timbered house in a typical South-West atmosphere. Tapas, Pata Negra, croquetas, stuffed Spanish-style mussels. But also sardines grilled with Espelette chilli, fillet of sea bass with parmesan shortbread and the inevitable chipirones a la plancha (grilled squid with garlic)... Regional wines, Basque cake, seasonal fruit pavlova or pastry chef's suggestion. A sure bet.
