l'Instant, Sylvain Le Bras's second restaurant, is a "bistro without a label", offering an instant gourmet experience in its brightly lit rooms or on its pretty terrace. In terms of dishes (all homemade!), enjoy fish with ratatouille and broccoli mousseline, or roast spider pork with potato gnocchi. Fresh, seasonal produce is the order of the day. For dessert, let yourself be tempted by the grapefruit tartlet or the chocolate fondant with salted butter caramel heart!

Impeccable service, very helpful and friendly. Fantastic food, with beautiful presentation. Good value at €38 for 3 courses, which were Michelin standard.
We will be back!
