Nice establishment in the Bouffay district offers unmissable burgers and greedy salads in Nantes.
La Piscine is a beautiful tribute to the mythical Molitor swimming pool built in Paris in the 1930s. We dive into this pretty establishment in the Bouffay district, with its orange and turquoise blue decoration. The blue and white tiles and the wooden slatted ceiling will immerse us in a cosy atmosphere! On the plate side, we discover a nice brasserie menu: meats, fish (in water), without forgetting the unavoidable burgers and the greedy salads... As an appetizer, you can choose between the egg casserole with morel cream and its wet wafers or the homemade foie gras and its fruit compote. To follow, you can enjoy the snacked fillet of pollack with its maze of colourful carrots or the carnivore's prime rib or the kefta dumpling with its perfectly flavoured cereals. And to finish on a sweet note, we melt for the apple cheesecake Tatin and its Petit Beurre biscuit unless we give in to the call of "Comme une pavlova" with citrus fruits and its creamy kalamansi. A good value for money.

Concernant la cuisine, nous avons commandés un tartare thaï et un onglet de bœuf (tout deux très bon !) ainsi qu’une pièce de bœuf braisé manquant cruellement de goût..
Bonne expérience globale excepté pour ce plat ! Peut être un coup de mal chance.
Le restaurant lui-même a l'air également très confortable et le prix est également bon !
