L'Assiette au Bœuf is a restaurant chain specialising in good French meat from the Limousin breed! Already known in some cities, the brand has just opened its doors in Nantes. It is in the Cours des 50-Otages that lovers of good French meat are invited to sit down! Here, beef is sublimated with its house specialty: Le Bœuf Paradis. A marinated rib-eye steak, seared and finely sliced, accompanied by the famous Paradis sauce: butter, herbs, a touch of mustard and a few other of the chef's secret ingredients... You can also try the famous Rossini (truffle sauce), the Mixed-Grill Marinated (except Paradis), or the sweet Tiger with chicken or beef (teriyaki sauce) or the homemade tartar recipes! The dishes are accompanied by home fries, served as much as you like... The plates are generous. As for the desserts, the names are evocative: la part des anges (crème brûlée au Cointreau), l'extase (mille-feuille crème mascarpone), le vertige flambé (apples cooked in salted butter caramel), les plaisirs d'enfance (crêpes). Note: you can also order to take away with the famous Cornet Paradis (French fries) accompanied by 90 g of beef paradise (street food version) or typical dishes with the speciality Beef Paradis of 180 grams all to take home, at the office... A nice selection of quality wines including organic wines and nice cocktails. Groups are also welcome. We appreciate the quality of the reception and customer service which is really top notch. So for a change of music, how about a jam?
