With several years' experience in the Nantes restaurant business behind him, Romain set out to create Maison Bagarre, a place where you can come and relax all day long, from breakfast to dinner. A "restaurant with character" where you can enjoy simple, high-quality cuisine, with a daily changing menu featuring fish, meat and veg dishes. Chef Martin's specialty: pork. His traditional dishes, based on fresh local produce, have a little something extra. A fine selection of wines by sommeliers Victor and Jean-Jaurès. We love the warmth of this place, its pleasant setting and its team. Can't wait to have another go at Maison Bagarre!

Côté cuisine, bon dressage, bon mariage d’ingrédients (qui sont frais et de bonne qualité). Cependant manque d’assaisonnement, c’était un peu fade à mon goût, pour mon plat principal (filet de lieu noir, boulgour et poireaux), d’où mon 4/5.
Le service est impeccable. J’ai passé un agréable moment.
Formule entrée plat et dessert à 25€ le midi en semaine.
Des plats bien élaborés avec des quantités justes. Vraiment exquis le boudin avec les câpres et la purée de panais !
