MOULERIE BRÛLE - DOIGTS
Cozy mold shop offering a delicious selection of homemade mussels and French fries.
Push open the door of Nantes' narrowest medieval building and discover a cosy molding shop with fireplace and beautiful exposed stonework. Here, authenticity is sublimated, as is taste. The mussels are delicious and the choice of sauces is varied: marinières, Roquefort, Breton curry, chorizo, mushrooms, cream of leek, Provençal... All accompanied by home fries just the way we like them. Also on the menu: a butcher's cut and a fish dish. In summer, mussels and French fries are served on a lovely oriental terrace overlooking the hanging garden designed by Nantes-based artist Evor. A selection of Breton apple juices, ciders, wines and digestifs. Private rooms (including guinguette terrace).

Très bonne cuisine

Un café qui ne sert que des moules, pas d'autres plats.

Went for lunch with a few friends and had a lovely time there. The staff was very friendly and the moules were all excellent. You can also order unlimited fries! Even if you’re full at the end you must order at least one scoop of their buckwheat ice cream - unforgettable
