Great news: the Cheese and Friends Cheese Bar combines these subtle ingredients and has just opened in Nantes in August 2022. What we're talking about here is real cheese boards... quality cheeses accompanied (or not) by fine charcuterie. Two friends, Chris (alias C) and Flo (F), invite us to discover their beautiful establishment just 1 minute from Place Graslin. Partners since the Nicolas Appert hotel school, Flo then worked in Switzerland and met many cheese producers; then the two Nantes natives got together to open an establishment together. Here, you'll enjoy themed cheese boards, according to the origins and strengths of the cheeses. From raw milk to pasteurized paste, it's all about discovery and good advice from friends... You can also order cheese by weight for a solo tasting or a quick bite to eat! Charcuterie is also available, selected for its quality. And there's always the option of tasting a vegetarian product. A fine wine list, as well as a selection of softs, accompanies this restaurant. Conveniently, here you can eat continuously from 3pm, and why not, before or after a movie or theater. With a little advance notice, you can order takeaway boards. Last but not least, the welcome is worthy of a great evening with friends...
