Gastronomic menus at affordable prices: that's what the Vatel application restaurant has to offer. An international business school, this place of experimentation offers three refined menus, served for lunch and dinner. The students who welcome us take great care to offer us the best possible experience. We enjoy vegetable tempura or a perfect egg as a starter. We continue with a risotto of marinated seasonal vegetables with a mushroom cappuccino. Gourmets will be tempted by the majestic cheese cart. Finally, the icing on the cake: the incredible dessert cart. We're presented with a dozen beautiful cakes. The hardest part is choosing. It's clear that the teams - chef de cuisine Eric Chisvert, pastry chef Sophie Garnier and restaurant manager Sylvain Leroux - are doing everything in their power, along with the students, to welcome you to this restaurant in style. Home-made dishes, prepared on site using fresh produce. Our mouths are still watering.
