Restaurant with a modern and colourful decoration offering a cuisine from fresh products in Nantes.

Located in the Bottière Chênaie district, this restaurant combines quality and hospitality, with its warm, modern decor, spacious surroundings and Patrice Merlet's cuisine. Starters include fresh goat's cheese piquillos with honey, thyme and pine nuts, or Thai salmon tataki with vegetable pickles. As for the main courses, fresh produce takes pride of place, with roast duck with its hearty jus and pommes grenailles! The 2 potes Charolais or vegetarian burger with home fries is unforgettable, as is the traditional pot-au-feu. A sweet ending: the royal chocolate! Very professional and attentive service from Cédric and his team.

Quality cuisine with some appreciated originalities (e. g. creamy creamy mushrooms that I recommend). The service is nice. The modern decor. We booked with a Smartbox box, and unlike many restaurants that drastically restrict the choice in this case, here we had the choice between 5 entries, 5 dishes and 5 desserts, that is, everything in the menus (excluding à la carte so). We recommend.

Un cadeau box nous a permis de découvrir ce restaurant situé dans un quartier un peu excentré.
Nous ne l'aurions pas connu autrement et cela aurait vraiment été dommage!
