Restaurant near the Loire serving a different formula on the slate, a menu of fish and poultry
Near Loire, not far from the Anne de Bretagne bridge, there is a restaurant worthy of Jules Verne. At Machin Machine, a reference to its close neighbour, the island's Machines, you enter a pretty room with exposed stone walls and fall under the beautiful room decorated with antique objects charm. Common objects from the last century such as old telephones, century-old cameras or cameras from another era. A world map, the collection of 32 bound leather volumes by Jules Verne, invites us on a journey. Sit comfortably in the large white leather benches, for another trip, this time culinary. Every day, a different formula to the menu board. The menu is appetizing, between salmon tartare with candied lime and sichuan pepper or crispy poultry with petits Paris. As a dish, the tuna steak with virgin sauce, vegetable wok or squid with chorizo and coriander risotto in cuttlefish ink, or even the lamb tagine masala and its candied vegetables. For dessert, it's hard to choose between mango tart tatin, lime zest and mango sorbet, or salted butter caramel chocolate fondant. Enjoy your meal!

Excellente adresse pour un midi. Rapport qualité-prix irréprochable ! (18.90€ entrée plat dessert). Produits et menus de très bonne qualité. Légère déception sur le dessert qui fait perdre le 0,5. Serveuse très sympathique.
Espérons que cette attitude soit exceptionnelle; on peut le comprendre sachant qu'on était l'unique table mais il y a des façons plus agréables de le faire.
Quand on va au resto un vendredi soir on aime prendre le temps de vivre...Là nous avons eu les entrées avec l'apéro et nous n'avons pas eu l'opportunité de prendre un café.
Nous avions réservé en ligne et nous avons eu l'accord 45 minutes après; on aurait préféré qu'on nous contacte pour avancer l'heure de la réservation ou annuler, nous aurions parfaitement compris.
