LE MALEO
Bar and brasserie for lunch and dinner near the Place Royale with a varied menu to enjoy on the terrace or upstairs
In the heart of Nantes, the Maléo is a place of commerce, just steps from the Royal Square. At noon and evening the bar is converted into a brasserie. The menu changes regularly, but here is what you can enjoy at noon: grilled filet accompanied by its hotel master butter, followed by a Bavarian aux with Red Fruits. On the map, different salads are available. Try the Fjord-based fjord of smoked salmon and chives cream, the Seguin with its goat toast and Serrano ham, or Zen composée, grapefruit and pistachio. Meat is also on the map: Honey duck and sesame wok wok, Saint-Jacques wok with green lemon and soy sauce, mudflap à or Italian tartar with pesto and Parmesan. Burgers are prepared in the Cuisines kitchens. Taste Tiffosi with chicken fillet, mozzarella, tomato and pesto; Oslo with smoked salmon, onion, tomato and chives cream; not forgetting the original hamburger. In dessert, let yourself be tempted by a chocolate flowing, a tumbling down to red fruits, a burnt cream or a gourmet café. Ice balls are in slate through different fragrances: coffee, raspberry, caramel, mango… Possibility to eat on the terrace or on the floor. Those who simply want to find a drink are welcome on hours of lunch and dinner.
