Restaurant with veranda and terrace offering a menu with tempting proposals
L'Abélia is the charm of a city restaurant... in the country. A beautiful 1900's stone house, a few cars and, on your right, a greenhouse where, depending on the season, tomatoes, beans and aromatic herbs grow. Climb a few steps and you will be welcomed and placed in one of the small, intimate rooms of the establishment, as if you were invited to a friend's house. You can also choose the large veranda, or the terrace in summer, to enjoy the garden. Now it's time to look at the menu. Admittedly, the hardest part will be choosing from a wide range of tempting proposals, like this Tasting menu which gives the chef carte blanche: a plancha of the day's fish, crunchy salad and soya vinaigrette or a lemon salmon tartar, hummus, basil and ginger. Next, a roasted pollack steak, aubergine caviar, courgette spaghetti, herbed shellfish coulis or a pan-fried piece of butcher's meat, beef reduction with mushrooms and allspice. To finish, a small vanilla and raspberry saint-honoré or a lemon tartlet, fresh orange and crunchy meringue... A few mignardises (cannelé, meringue...) complete a meal that has kept its promises, served with discretion and professionalism.
