Ceviche and various gastronomic dishes to be tasted in a restaurant offering a beautiful view of the city of the Dukes in Nantes.

From the top of the butte Sainte-Anne, L'Atlantide 1874-Maison Guého, a Michelin-starred restaurant, offers an exceptional view of the city of the Dukes and the Loire that flows through it. The food here is as delicious for the taste buds as it is for the eyes. Enjoy roasted pollack, zucchini violon and tomato-curry condiment before poached baba with lime-vanilla. For gourmets, the menu offers gastronomic treasures: local lobster en cocotte, a dish of fresh morel mushrooms or roasted turbo with spirulina butter accompanied by artichoke poivrade tempura. Here, the art of good eating and good entertaining come together in perfect harmony. Vegetarian or vegan meals on request.

Technically the job is and well-prepared. Friendly welcome, dishes, cooking... BUT, my second passage confirmed the first impression: not a lack of professionalism, rather desire and motivation. However, yell on my plate of candied lamb: meat boneless coarsely and in bulk on the any filling... For inadmissible lamas, hence the touch. Unfortunately, this price, I prefer dinner in the others " gastro" region.
Frankly, I was a little disappointed my last stay, including if, research or motivation were not any more... They were good, a warm welcome, fine wines, nothing to say, the decor was very particular. Lunch menu good-value, but for a square in star by another guide... expect better nevertheless.
