From the top of the butte Sainte-Anne, L'Atlantide 1874-Maison Guého, a Michelin-starred restaurant, offers an exceptional view of the city of the Dukes and the Loire that flows through it. The food here is as delicious for the taste buds as it is for the eyes. Enjoy roasted pollack, zucchini violon and tomato-curry condiment before poached baba with lime-vanilla. For gourmets, the menu offers gastronomic treasures: local lobster en cocotte, a dish of fresh morel mushrooms or roasted turbo with spirulina butter accompanied by artichoke poivrade tempura. Accueil et lieu très agréable, le repas était excellent. Le seul petit bémol serait qu’il n’y a pas eu assez d’attente entre les plats. Nous avons goûté le vin rouge alors que nous n’avions pas terminé notre verre de blanc.
Nous avons néanmoins passé un moment très agréable.

Dîner parfait ce soir à l’Atlantide. Cuisine d’un grand raffinement, avec une variété de saveurs épatantes dans chaque met servi, des entrées en bouche aux miniardises. Les vins suggérés également. Un régal pour les papilles, l’odorat et les rétines. Que demander de plus ? Merci au personnel en salle, communicant et bienveillant, et bien évidemment au chef et commis. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
