CAFÉ DU MUSÉE
From star chef Éric Guérin, we know La Mare aux Oiseaux in Saint-Joachim. In 2016, the inspired chef opened Café du musée, in the heart of the Nantes art museum. Here, there's nothing ostentatious about the decor or the short menu, but there's plenty to salivate over... Fish of the moment, artichoke, fregola, fennel and barigoule sauce. Beef tartare, saffron potato mille-feuille and brioche. Desserts include strawberry-raspberry charlotte, chocolate-blackberry cremeux and divine Nantais cake. Beautiful, tasty and sometimes surprising. In the afternoon, you can play chess or tarot, or read a book on the premises. Savoury and sweet dishes for the hungry. At weekends, a generous brunch is served.

Un vrai moment de plaisir.
Certains plates étaient un peu trop salés
à ajouter : un très beau cadre et un service très agréable et souriant.
