Chef Sarah Mainguy's modern bistro has it all.
Since 2019, it's a bistro that's making noise. In the lively Bouffay district, Vacarme combines modernity and conviviality, offering inventive cuisine based on local produce. Vacarme, run by chef Sarah Mainguy (Top Chef finalist in 2021) and her husband Damien Crémois, both delights and surprises. Dishes include fresh spinach leaves, stuffed cabbage, roasted butternut, homemade hummus, vegetable pickles, crunchy chickpeas... Dessert: black forest, profiteroles, rum baba... It's good and it sounds good. The same goes for the organic, biodynamic and natural wines. Sarah Mainguy has opened a second address in Nantes, the gastronomic Freia.
