Jérôme welcomes you to his 0-alcohol cellar at the foot of the Grue Jaune. With 500 beverage references, it's impossible to miss the mocktails, beers that are always alcohol-free, dealcoholized wines or flavored grape juices bursting with flavor. For lunch or dinner, there's charcuterie, crackers and spreads with hummus or organic vegetables. But you can also treat yourself in the artisanal grocery store: sausages, meat terrines, fish...
