Housed in the former courthouse, the Preamble shares this vast and majestic palace between the four star Radisson Blu hotel and the restaurant L'Assisi. The Preamble, therefore, is as a foretaste of the many opportunities offered by this place, which we are not tired of watching in all the seams.
