LES TERRASSES DE L'ERDRE
Les terrasses de l'Erdre? It's the new bistronomic restaurant open to all by the chef Christophe Audrain (and his accomplices). It's also a wine bar, a cellar with a wine library of 400 references with good French wines and some foreign ones, and also about thirty beers. Drinks that can be accompanied by savory tapas to fully enjoy the place on the banks of the Erdre. Let's enjoy moments of conviviality: with friends, with family, with colleagues or for private events. The vinothèque is also a pretty room with a table d'hôte and a private space (you can dine surrounded by beautiful bottles), enough to make the world go round and do business! Note that Christophe, the owner, is at the origin of the Maison des Vins in Ancenis, so when it comes to good wines, he knows his stuff! The place should therefore delight all Bacchus lovers, but not only! Note: the wine list has a double display on the price side, to know if you want to bring the bottle (wine shop price) or taste it on the spot (restaurant price). With good drinks, you have to eat! We have the "guillotines" with dry Auvergne sausages to slice or the "fouets" (Iberian sausages) with garlic, black pepper, fine herbs... The salted tapas boards include assorted cakes, tapenade spreads, Ancenis poultry terrine with pistachios, duck foie gras with Guérande fleur de sel. There is also a sweet note with the chef's desserts for those who love sweets: Nantes cake, Grand Marnier soufflé, mini-cannelé... At Les Terrasses, you can go alone or with others: in this case, you can opt for the large tapas plates and gourmet boards: that way you can taste a bit of everything!
