A corkscrew means cork, and a cork means wine. And even very good wines! At the helm of the Tire-Bouchon: Guillaume and Edouard, two friends who have decided to join forces in this culinary and gustatory adventure. Festive brewery for lunch, in the evening it is Edouard who receives and fills with joy and good humour (tested and approved!) the mission to make you discover their beautiful selection of wines. On the menu: from the beautiful people of the Loire Valley to Burgundy, passing through Bordeaux and Provence, with particular attention to local wines and the winemaker. The icing on the cake is the delicious deli meats, acras or tapas to share, which will perfectly complement the pleasure of tasting. A welcoming and friendly place where it is nice to stop to remake the world or the day, before why not a show at the Cité des Congrès. And maybe you'll even have the chance to attend one of these concert evenings that the Corkscrew likes to organize!
