Under this evocative name, Hervé welcomes you since summer 2020 in his wine bar/cellar located between Copernic and Canclaux. He has been developing his project for 10 years and has created this place to make you discover his passion for organic, natural and biodynamic wines. He makes his selection by meeting the winegrowers directly at the domain or at fairs throughout our beautiful regions: among others, local vintages, of course, from the Loire Valley as well as prestigious chenins, but also wines from Languedoc and Roussillon based on, for example, gourmet grenaches. To accompany this beautiful selection, you can taste boards with good aperitif products, in particular artisanal charcuterie from Millas in the Tarn or from Roland Denoual in Brittany, or fish spreads from Amélie & Arnaud Guéret in Var. You will also enjoy coppa, lonzo, Parma ham, bellota... As you will have understood, Hervé favours quality and will be happy to advise you by promoting the work of each of the wine growers. For example, he will direct you to the 48H from Domaine Turner Pageot, a rosé that is truly unique, the result of bleeding the vats after two days of maceration, with a deep colour. Or on a speciality of the Grange Tiphaine, or a muscadet of Jérôme Bretaudeau or à moustaches of the Domaines Landron or the luminous Vera Cruz of the Domaine Luneau Papin, or the sunny Joseph of Olivier Mavit, or the astonishing Totem 2004 of the domaine du Pech, or even on its blow of heart for Laura David, winemaker in Touraine and her Montlouis cuvées L'Insolente and L'Optimiste. In short, you'll have a mouthful of wine!

Le cadre est très agréable, de bons conseils du patron (Hervé est passionné) pour une découverte de sa sélection de vins, ou pou un apéro à faire entre amis ou collègues.
On peut aussi y acheter des bouteilles à emporter. Bref, une excellente adresse à Nantes, originale, qui change des cavistes traditionnels...
