LE SELECT BAR À COCKTAIL
It is in the pedestrian streets of the medieval district of Bouffay that the Select is located with its beautiful Art Deco façade. A restaurant at lunchtime, this establishment is also a warm and friendly place where you can come for a drink in the afternoon around a delicious Viennese chocolate and homemade cookies (hazelnuts, nuts, peanuts, chocolate) or a refreshing homemade peach-cucumber iced tea. The decor inside gives a rocky and intimate touch to this pleasant place. In the evening, you can sit down to a nice plate (salmon gravelax, hummus, grenaille, oysters, olives, acras, cheese and speck) or tapas (lentil falafel with ricotta and garlic cream, tuna tataki or cod acras with chimichurri sauce...) to share while choosing from a wide selection of wines and cocktails. You'll find the good classic cocktails as well as a dozen original house creations imagined by Julien, the inventive bar tender, and made thanks to the charming team composed of John, Alexis and Damien. We try for example theEnglish Garden (Bombay Sapphire gin, elderflower, apple, lime, fresh mint and fresh cucumber), or the Garden Party (rosé, grapefruit syrup, bitter rhubarb, tonic)... A bar where you can savor the good times!
