Talented pastry chef Sébastien Grimaud introduces us to this cult pastry, alongside other creations based around choux pastry. On the menu: chou chantilly-framboise, rocher coco, pistache fleur d'oranger... Paris-brest, Fleur de Sel, accompanied by hot or cold drinks.
