La Cafetière fêlée is an amused wink at the world of the mad hatter drinking tea in Alice in Wonderland. This establishment honours gluten-free, lactose-free, organic and vegan by combining flavours for our pleasure! In this charming coffee-shop-restaurant with a cosy decor, you can have a drink, a breakfast or a gourmet snack or have lunch with fresh produce. For example, at lunch: vegetable cakes, or fresh and tasty bowls (delicious salad, cashew nuts, tomato tartar, sunflower seeds, grated red cabbage, red onions, fresh mango and basmati rice), or hearty quiches. For the sweetness, we taste the delicious peanut butter and pecan nut cookies, the small gluten-free banoffee pie, the dreaded coconut flan turmeric vegan or the lemon muffin topped with gluten-free lemoncurd. To be served with a fresh smoothie or a gluten-free beer (Altiplano blonde with quinoa, Lager de Vezelay...)
