On the Ile de Nantes, this "natural patisserie" belongs to Sabrina and Grégory Lejeune. This place is all about creative, healthy, natural pastries. The taste is there with Lavan'déli, a tart with apricot compote and confit, diced peaches and lavender ganache. The creations are less sweet: they are made exclusively with natural sugars, without additives or artificial coloring, using organic, non-hybridized, gluten-free French flours. Délicatessaine is also a tea room and workshops for learning how to bake light!
