For a sweet break, Boëma is the place to be. Here you can enjoy delicious raw, egg-free cookie dough made from baked wheat flour. Available in dark chocolate, pecan or peanut butter, some are gluten-free and vegan. They are embellished with candies or other sweet treats. A new cookie dough is offered every month. The specialty coffee is top-of-the-range, as are the hot chocolates. Chaïcolat is made with dark chocolate, milk and chaï tea. At lunchtime, the choice of savory toasts reflects the changing seasons.
