Bahia is new. It's a lovely Brazilian stopover in Nantes! In this warm and inviting coffee shop, tea room and lunchtime restaurant, you can enjoy coxinhas, Brazilian-style doughnuts, Portuguese-style cod acras or sweet and savoury tapiocas. Assortments to share? Julia, the manager and cook, has family in Bahia (northern Brazil). The drinks take us on a journey, like the 100% natural coconut water, Bahia or Bahiadeiro coffee, with the unmissable homemade brigadeiros, Valrhona cocoa chocolate truffles. Bahia also offers culinary workshops: chocolate-making, spreads and pastéis de nata! What's more, you can brunch here!

En plus, les coxinhas veganas sont délicieuses et la mousse de maracujá... c'est vraiment à tomber par terre <3
Le service attentionné, l'ambiance chaleureuse et les délices brésiliens m'ont transporté directement au cœur du Brésil (tapioca délicieuse et irrésistibles brigadeiros accompagnés d'un café). En plus, l'épicerie propose plein de bons produits brésiliens comme la picanha, le feijão, la goma, et bien d'autres. À essayer absolument pour un voyage culinaire exquis!
