Bahia is new. It's a lovely Brazilian stopover in Nantes! In this warm and inviting coffee shop, tea room and lunchtime restaurant, you can enjoy coxinhas, Brazilian-style doughnuts, Portuguese-style cod acras or sweet and savoury tapiocas. Assortments to share? Julia, the manager and cook, has family in Bahia (northern Brazil). The drinks take us on a journey, like the 100% natural coconut water, Bahia or Bahiadeiro coffee, with the unmissable homemade brigadeiros, Valrhona cocoa chocolate truffles. Bahia also offers culinary workshops: chocolate-making, spreads and pastéis de nata! What's more, you can brunch here!

Je viens de prendre un chocolat chaud avec mon fils. Le meilleur de Nantes! Pur cacao sans sucre et bien chaud comme je l'aime. Un délice! En général, ailleurs ils sont trop sucrés et tièdes. Le personnel est brésilien et adorable. Je reviendrai avec joie.

Très bel endroit, nous l'avons découvert avec des collègues lors d'un déjeuner du midi. Les saveurs des plats sont très bien équilibrées, je recommande spécialement la galette de tapioca " Itacare" ! L'atmosphère y est agréable et la décoration très jolie.
