The Les Utopiales festival celebrates science fiction. Its objective: to introduce the general public to the world of foresight, new technologies and the imagination. Each year in the heart of the Cité des congrès, a theme is given priority and developed through round tables, film screenings, meetings with scientists, authors, various exhibitions, artistic installations, workshops and many other events. Both a public event and a gathering of professionals, Les Utopiales is considered to be the most important event around science fiction in the French-speaking world and even at the European level.
