AUX HEURES D’ÉTÉ – FESTIVAL DES CULTURES D'ICI ET D'AILLEURS
Festival of world cultures and music in Nantes. Over 30 shows and 80 artists from all over the world.
Festival of cultures from here and elsewhere, Aux Heures d'été animates the Nantes summer with a variety of artistic creations, investing in different places in the city: in the centre, such as the moats of the castle; the Parc de Procé; the Maquis square in Saffré or a little further on, for a bike ride or by public transport, such as on the banks of the Erdre or at the Petit Port racecourse. For six weeks, from mid-July to mid-August, more than 30 shows and about 100 artists from more than 25 countries are scheduled to offer the public friendly and magical moments of encounter. Admission is free to allow everyone to enjoy these sweet hours of summer culture. If you wish, you can bring a picnic before enjoying intimate musical scenes, world music concerts, tales and open-air cinemas. Not to mention the famous summer dance. Enough to regret going on holiday!
