L'ATELIER D’ALAIN
It is within his Studio that Chef Alain Ruffault offers cooking classes in the evenings (for businesses) and on Saturday (for individuals), ideally between 6 and 12 people. The idea is to create a "brigade" of friends, colleagues, family members before you start preparing 8 to 12 recipes. Besides the joy of sharing the advice of a great chef, it is a great moment of fun and conviviality for the participants, accompanied by the sharpened and convivial experience of the chef who also saves the small scale transmission of his know-how.
