AUX MILLE DÉLICES
Malagasy, Véronique used to run a restaurant on rue du Chapeau Rouge. It closed its doors "physically" but Véronique can offer you her dishes to take away to enjoy at home, at the office and this, in catering version, provided you order in advance... She cooks a speciality of her country, the Romazava, a dish based on mafana brèdes (spinach family), ideal for vegetarians, but which can also be declined with meat or fish. Her clients have made it their number one recipe! She is also inspired by Indian and Asian cuisine and offers a chicken tikka, marinated in a mixture of spices and yogurt, which has many followers, and more broadly of world cuisine with tagines. Also to be tasted: egg rolls, samosas, acras, daal (lentils)... Aux Mille Délices offers its catering service for all types of events.
