EMMA PÂTİSSERİE PROCÉ
Emma's story is a beautiful one... The first bakery was opened in 2016 by Louis Lepicard and Thibault Pillet, two thirty-somethings undergoing conversion, not far from the Parc de Procé; a year later, it was a second opening, this time in the hypercentre of Nantes; and a third address in the city was opened in 2020 with a shop in Sautron. The reasons for this success? There are many reasons. First of all, we can't help but appreciate the modernity of the place; Emma is a 2.0 bakery that favours a certain form of aestheticism: contemporary and spacious, everything is appetising. Then, in the shop window, Emma has made a speciality of choux with various flavours: salted butter caramel, raspberry, blackcurrant, but also mandarin yuzu, mojito or Nutella... Choux are also available as "pièces montée" for your family or professional events. At Emma's, you can also find pure butter pastries and pastries like this appetizing strawberry tart with mascarpone whipped cream. Finally, Emma has a salad bar and fresh sandwiches that you can enjoy all day long with continuous service even on Sundays. Sweet treats to be enjoyed like the Almond Galette from pastry chef Louis Cuvelier, which won3rd prize in the 2021 departmental competition.
