Because looking for and finding a job should be a right accessible to all, regardless of where you live, your physical appearance or any other criterion that can sometimes discriminate on the job market... two associates, Philippe Alexandre Bayock and Sakina Mimouni, both well aware of the difficulties they have experienced on a personal level, decided to change the codes of recruitment by creating HOC JOB intérim. The promise is already to come without a CV, because talent is based more on the personality of candidates than on a paper document which is not representative of the potential and talents of certain candidates! With their association HOC LIFE, programs for professional integration and inclusion in the broadest sense of the term are created. By coming without a CV, candidates can complete their application on site (in the gallery of the Beaulieu Nantes shopping center) and apply for vacancies offered by the agency. Human quality rather than "quantity" of experience takes precedence here!
