Located between the magnificent park of the same name and the greenhouses of the city of Nantes, the Grand Blottereau high school welcomes young people from 3ème to BTS and adults interested in green jobs. Whether they are fans of English, Japanese or Mediterranean gardening, they are all trained on the city's structures, green spaces and greenhouses, nurseries, landscaped parks... there is plenty to do. Teaching is structured around general and scientific subjects so that pupils can access jobs involving increasingly complex techniques. The school also offers a module on horticulture and landscaping, the aim of which is to introduce the horticultural sector to pupils in the 4th and 3rd year classes. The final level reached is that of skilled worker to engineer. In the spring, the school offers seedlings and plants from its own production.
