Thanks to Murielle Gest'realty, owners are discharged from all stages of the lease, whether upstream (publication of an advertisement, selection of candidates, visits, drafting of the lease and the state of the premises) and downstream (encashment of rents and guarantee deposit, and the resumption of unpaid rents, procedure, procedure, if necessary, review of rent and annual charges, payment of invoices, presence at the general meetings of the trustee, reimbursement of the guarantee deposit to outgoing tenants, preparation of property tax returns and miscellaneous, VAT declaration).
