Since 2020, Le Palace has been located in the heart of the Graslin district, in a 3,200m2 mansion, an incredible place with a bright atrium. Dedicated to all those who want to develop their innovative business, this space where Nantes start-ups, local and national, innovation teams from large companies, schools and investors gravitate, helps to structure the universe of start-ups, accompany them, help them grow serenely, sometimes while drinking a few cocktails too in a relaxed atmosphere. The place welcomes about 360 project leaders each year. This coworking space offers, among other useful services: 378 workstations spread over 36 offices installed on more than 3,500m2, two co-working spaces, a room that can accommodate up to 400 people dedicated to events, several meeting rooms. Residents are offered a program of events to inspire and network (conferences, webinars, tool presentations...). The Palace also offers 24/7 secure access to the venue as well as premium room service (concierge, kitchen, coffee, fitness, showers...).
