In the north of Nantes, the "landscape cemetery" or "park cemetery" covers a surface area of 75 hectares. It was designed on the model of Swiss and German necropolises, where burial sites are gathered in the middle of clearings free from circulation. Such a surface has allowed plant species to be accommodated, which make it a rare arboretum of rare species, evolving in the seasons. Loved by the Nantais, this is a wonderful place to walk and meditate.

C’est un parc cimetière situé au Nord de Nantes en bordure du périphérique. C’est un lieu immense avec une partie cimetière, jardin souvenirs et crematorium et en parfaite harmonie un magnifique parc paysagé et lieu de promenade. Cet endroit de visite et de recueillement permet de faire oublier momentanément des souvenirs en se promenant dans ce magnifique arboretum. On y trouve un nombre incroyable d’espèces végétales avec pour certains un étiquetage. C’est une petit merveille méconnue des Nantais.
