GALERIE DES OUBLIÉS
Galerie des Oubliés in Nantes, exhibiting works that have remained secret and giving artists the recognition they deserve
Talent and beauty are often hidden in the shadows and the unknown. "The Galerie des Oubliés aims to shed light on forgotten artists, giving them the recognition they didn't get in their own time. In the Galerie des Oubliés, we discover works that until now have remained secret and confidential: they now come to life before our very eyes. The Galerie des Oubliés, which opened in January 2021, is the fruit of a family project led by Léopold Cottineau and his mother Izabeau Jousse, a painter. They share with us their passion for these little-known talents, revealing them through the exhibitions that the gallery regularly hosts. A wonderful discovery!
